Substantial Amendment to 2020 Action Plan

The Community Development Commission has prepared a draft Substantial Amendment to the 2020-21 One-Year Action Plan to utilize a HUD-granted waiver that waives the requirement to set-aside 15% of HOME Funds for Community Housing Development Organizations. This amendment will enable the reprogramming of $134,401 in otherwise unawarded set-aside funds for the Housing Authority's Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program. Read full story
