2023 Sonoma County Homeless Point-in-Time Count Volunteer Registration Now Open- January 27th !

Friday, January 27, 2023, is the Sonoma County Point-in-Time (PIT) Street Count for all populations of person’s experiencing homelessness. The Count is a requirement for receiving federal homeless assistance funds and provides critical data used to understand homelessness locally and to support strategic decisions about our program. Notice of Funding Availability (2023)

The Sonoma County Community Development Commission will be accepting applications for fiscal year 2023 funds that total over $4 million dollars including Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Program, Emergency Solutions Grant, CDBG Cares Act, and the Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Asset Fund. Eligible projects include affordable housing activities, capital projects, tenant based rental assistance, homelessness supportive services, rapid rehousing, fair housing services, non-congregate shelter, and economic development activities.
