The mission of the LAAC is to provide recommendations on how best to implement federal and state laws regarding access to the electoral process for voters whose primary language is not English. Topics on the agenda for the May 2023 meeting include updates on the March 2023 Special Election and the upcoming November 2023 Consolidated Election, bilingual poll worker recruitment, outreach events, and updates to Sonoma County's Election Administration Plan.
