Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis. However, for contracts that will have a start date of July 1, 2023, applications must be received no later than May 1, 2023 in order to allow adequate processing time. Applications received after May 1, 2023 will be processed as received, with contracts developed only after application approval.
Professional Development and Organizational Development services may be delivered only after an application is approved and a contract signed by both the applicant and the County. The Human Services Department (HSD) is accepting applications to provide services to older adults. HSD's Adult & Aging Division provides social and health care management for older adults 60 years of age or older and people living with disabilities who wish to remain in their own homes or a community setting to avoid institutional care. Service needs are assessed in coordination with the client and documented in care plans developed by Adult & Aging staff.
If you have reviewed these materials and are interested in applying to provide vendor services, email AAVendors@schsd.org for more information and application materials.
Qualified respondents who submit applications will be considered for contracts on a case-by-case basis, dependent on program needs and client service needs. Submitting an application does not guarantee a contract with the County.
