The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals for a Modern Voting System.
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2018.
The County of Sonoma is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, modern voting system. The selected Respondent shall provide software, hardware, and implementation services and support for any or all categories listed below including training, maintenance, and warranties. The information provided by Respondents through this RFP will be evaluated and used in the selection of the County’s new Modern Voting System.
The County requests that Respondents propose a complete solution that clearly demonstrates how the County would be provided with the software, hardware, and implementation services and support that will best satisfy the County’s requirements. To ensure the availability of a fully functional and adequate voting system that meets the County’s timetable, any proposed voting system must be certified by the California Secretary of State (SOS) not later than July 1, 2018.
The County is seeking proposed solutions to achieve its goal of implementing a new, comprehensive, and modern voting system after the 2018 general election cycle but within one year of awarding a contract to a successful proposer.
