These three charts identify responsibilities associated with the lease, purchase, and management of County properties.

Chart 1 - Lease of Property*

Chart 2 - Purchase of Property*

Budgeting (Ongoing) The costs of providing space to departments occupying County-owned property will be allocated through the A-87 Cost Plan and recovered, as appropriate, through outside funding sources.The costs of providing space to all other County General Fund departments occupying County-owned property will be allocated through the A-87 Cost Plan, but will not be budgeted in the user department.Departments/agencies individually identified in the A-87 Cost Plan and occupying space purchased by the General Fund will be charged for space in the Support Services component of the A-87 charge. Departments/agencies not individually identified in the A-87 Cost Plan and occupying space purchased by the General Fund will be billed directly.
