For each employee who is an attorney in the County Counsel's Office the County will pay said employee's State Bar of California dues. For each employee who is an attorney, covered by the Salary Resolution, in a department other than the County Counsel’s Office, the payment for said employee’s State Bar of California dues will be at the discretion of the Department Head. Eligibility for such reimbursement shall be limited to those employees who, on the final date payable of said bar dues, have permanent status or have probationary status derived through promotion.
