Salary Resolution
The Salary Resolution provides benefits and employment terms for approximately 750 County allocated employees in unrepresented non-management, unrepresented management, confidential, and department head positions. These positions are in all County Departments. Some provisions of the Salary Resolution also apply to the Board of Supervisors, by ordinance. Most of the County’s administrative and executive, non-law enforcement management, and Extra Help working in non-SEIU related classifications are covered by the provisions of the Salary Resolution. Refer to Appendix A of the Salary Resolution for a list of job classifications related to this document.
