The Sonoma County Community Development Commission has prepared a draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for projects funded and completed during the FY 21-22 reporting period. This report highlights the accomplishments of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs and is available for review:
