Forgot your Waitlist Check password? 

To reset your password you must submit a password reset request by email. A new password will be mailed to you via the U.S. Postal Service.

When submitting your request, you must include:

• Your first and last name
• The last four digits of your social security number.

Your new password information will be mailed to the address which is currently on file.

Have you moved?

If the address on your existing application is no longer current, you must include a current mailing address in your reset request. Once you receive your new password, please update your existing application with your current mailing address.
