The Sonoma County Housing Authority has opened several 3-Bedroom Extremely Low-Income (30% AMI) Project Based Voucher waitlist lotteries. These waitlist lotteries will be open from July 1, 2024, to July 31, 2024. Applications may be submitted online here: https://www.waitlistcheck.com/CA085. Paper applications are available upon request and at our office located at 1440 Guerneville Road in Santa Rosa.

The Sonoma County Housing Authority (SCHA) maintains separate waitlists for Extremely Low Income (30% AMI), Three (3) bedroom Project Based units at the properties listed below. For these vouchers, rental assistance is tied to a specific unit. This application is for a PBV unit only and NOT for the general affordable housing complex or a regular Housing Choice/Section 8 Voucher. If your name is reached and you are selected for a PBV unit, you will receive rental assistance for that specific unit ONLY.

To qualify for a 3-Bedroom unit, your household must meet occupancy standards set by the Sonoma County Housing Authority. SCHA awards one bedroom to the head or heads of household and bedroom for every two additional household members. As a Reasonable Accommodation for disability-related needs, an additional bedroom may be provided for a SCHA-approved Live-In Aide.
