The Sonoma County Community Development Commission has prepared a draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for projects funded and completed during the FY 21-22 reporting period. This report highlights the accomplishments of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs and is available for review. Annual PHA Plan for FY 2022-2023 Public Hearing

Request for Proposals (RFP) for Project-Based Vouchers (PBV)
The Commission is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking proposals from owners and/or developers for Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) available under the Department of Housing and Urban Development Housing Choice Voucher program. Up to 200 Project Based Vouchers are available under this RFP. Proposed units must be within the jurisdiction of the Sonoma County Housing Authority. The Commission intends to award Project Based Vouchers to more than one Respondent. Existing units, substantial rehabilitation projects, and new construction projects are all eligible for consideration.
