NOTICE OF ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that a Special Election will be held in the Town of Windsor on Tuesday, the 12th day of April, 2022, for the following office:

Official nomination petitions for eligible candidates desiring to file for the above office may be obtained by appointment only from the Office of the Town Clerk, 9291 Old Redwood Hwy., Bldg. 400, Windsor, beginning December 20, 2021, through January 14, 2022. To make an appointment, please call (707) 838-5315, Monday - Thursday, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., or email  townclerk@townofwindsor.com.

Note that since this special election is to fill the remainder of the four-year term of a vacated seat, there are no incumbents and therefore, there will be no extension of the nomination period. If no one or only one person is nominated for this office, appointment may be made as prescribed by Elections Code §10229.
