Ofra Isler
Ofra Isler grew up in the Bay Area, and after living in New York City and abroad for more than 15 years, returned to California to be closer to her family, now calling Sonoma County home. Ofra studied business administration at Chico State University, and earned her Masters in Business Administration in 2015 from the Interdisciplinary Center College in Herzliya, Israel. Ofra has a background in nonprofit work and is now working in event production.
Ofra enjoys combining her passion for animal rights and art by working with animal sanctuaries across the country, using illustration to highlight their animal residents and share their stories. Ofra also believes strongly in giving back to the community through volunteer work. In that spirit, Ofra volunteers with different sanctuaries in Sonoma County, enjoying the opportunity to connect with and help rescued animals. Ofra believes helping one another are integral components to creating a prosperous and safe society. By serving on the Commission on the Status of Women, Ofra hopes to continue committing herself to bettering her community.
