Rebecca Kaykas-Wolff

Rebecca Kaykas-Wolff is an entrepreneurial business leader with deep experience as an enterprise marketer who has built high-performing teams at companies like Microsoft, T-Mobile, Liberty Mutual, Adobe, Oracle, AOL and recently Shell where she led the Shell Rechard Solutions’ EV Marketing business in the Americas and Asia Pacific. She’s led large and small teams which has enabled her to make an impact at a variety of levels in organizations. Through her private-sector experience, Rebecca has developed a healthy passion for driving success change through negotiation, operational alignment, policy development, consistent communications and partner and customer outreach.

Rebecca is looking forward to her tenure as a Commissioner to help further the mission of the organization to prioritize and deliver value to women and children in Sonoma County, and is proud to serve as a member of this community. Rebecca has a strong track record of building robust relationships and forming partnerships to meet the needs of others through the work she champions and looks forward to participating in this important forum over her term.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Rebecca is active in arts philanthropy through her work with the San Francisco Ballet and the American Conservatory Theater where she fundraises and brings large-scale events to life on behalf of the organizations. Rebecca is also an active member of her children’s school located in Petaluma as well as within the equine and polo community in Sonoma County and the US. Rebecca is a member of the women’s professional organization Chief as well as routinely participates in forums associated with menopause and its impacts on family, women’s health and finances. Rebecca resides in Petaluma, California with her son (and two in college).
