5. Announcements
   1. It is recommended that the Sonoma County City Selection Committee adopt a motion authorizing the continuation of virtual meetings during a declared state of emergency pursuant to government code 54953 (AB 361).
   2. Letters of Interest can be submitted for the following Selections will be made at the next City Selection Meeting. 
      • Golden Gate Bridge, Highway & Transportation District (2 year term) One vacant slot.
      • Metropolitan Transportation Commission (4 year term)

      One position, Victoria Fleming (Santa Rosa) ending term effective 02/28/2023.
      Per Gov. Code 66503(b), The City Selection Committee submits 3 names, and the appointment is made by the Board of Supervisors)

   • Virtual Meeting
     • Adopt a motion authorizing the continuation of virtual meetings during a declared state of emergency pursuant to government code 54953 (AB 361).
   • Approve the minutes for the City Selection Committee Regular Meeting, April 14, 2022.
   • Bay Area Air Quality Management District (2 year term) One seat to fill.
     • One letter was received.

   • Local Agency Formation Commission (4 year term from appointment)
     • Two seats + Alternate.
