Matter of Balance - Fall Prevention course for seniors at the Rohnert Park Senior Center

Time: Each Friday 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm

A Matter of Balance is a program designed to teach safe mobility, reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. The course takes place for 8 weeks, with a 2-hour session per week at the Rohnert Park Senior Center, 6800 Hunter Drive in Rohnert Park.
