Western Council of Engineers WCE Labor Negotiations Summary

The County of Sonoma and WCE met for their thirteenth bargaining session on October 7, 2019.  The parties have exchanged conceptual comprehensive packages in an effort to reach agreement at the table.  The County’s proposals include a four-year contract, annual salary increases, annual increased contributions to represented employees’ medical benefits, in addition to changes to non-economic elements of the contract.  The parties will meet again on Friday, October 18, 2019.
