This Memorandum of Understanding is effective from December 2, 2019, unless otherwise specified. This Memorandum shall expire and otherwise fully terminate at 11:59 pm on June 1, 2023. The parties agree that all monetary and non-monetary changes contained herein will become effective upon adoption by the Board of Supervisors unless otherwise specified.
