SEIU Labor Negotiations Summary

The County of Sonoma and SEIU met for their fourth bargaining session on November 30, 2022. The parties reached tentative agreement on language changes to MOU Article 4: Union Rights. The parties further discussed language updates to New Employee Orientation, Staff Development, Grievance Process, Leaves, etc. The parties exchanged additional proposals and are scheduled to meet next on December 7, 2022.
