SEIU Labor Negotiations Summary

The County of Sonoma and SEIU representatives met for the parties’ 19th bargaining session on March 19, 2019.  The parties reviewed costing information pertaining to equity adjustments and continued to explore ways to bridge the gap between their respective proposals.  While open issues remain, the parties continue to work hard toward reaching a successor agreement that meets employees’ interests within the County’s long-term fiscal capacity.  The parties return to the bargaining table on March 27, 2019.
