- Regional Measure 4: Bay Area Housing Finance Authority (BAHFA) Bond

- This is a multi-county measure being put before voters residing in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma Counties
- Since Santa Clara County is the county with the most registered voters, it is considered the "lead county" for Regional Measure 4
