Sonoma County Prosecutors Association SCPA Labor Negotiations Summary
Published: May 13, 2019
The County of Sonoma and SCPA representatives met on May 9, 2019 for the parties 12th bargaining session. The parties completed their review of final contact language and executed a comprehensive tentative agreement for a four year successor contract. The agreement provides for cost of living and equity adjustments, additional County contributions towards medical premiums, formation of a management/labor retirement benefits committee, additional stand-by provisions, and other non-economic updates to the labor agreement. The bargaining unit will vote on the tentative agreement this week, with the contract expected to be submitted to the Board of Supervisors on June 4, 2019. The County appreciates the hard work and professional approach of the SCPA bargaining team in reaching this long term agreement.
