Sonoma County Law Enforcement Management Association SCLEMA Labor Negotiations

County and SCLEMA representatives met on July 1^st for the parties’ 4^th bargaining session.  The County provided back-up information on its salary survey data and addressed foundational points regarding the County’s salary proposal.  The parties also identified and discussed those areas of the County’s economic proposals where there was tentative agreement.  The parties will return to the bargaining table on July 8^th.
