I hope you enjoyed a joyful - and delicious! - Thanksgiving holiday, surrounded by friends, family, and loved ones of all kinds. This year, I'm thankful for a relatively quiet fire season and a gentle start to our rainy season. I'm thankful to the City of Sonoma for their initiative and partnership to open a severe weather winter shelter for vulnerable folks in the Sonoma Valley. I'm thankful to be just weeks away from the opening of the East Sonoma County Services Center, which will bring much needed county services to the Valley - keep an eye out for an official announcement in an upcoming newsletter!
