Homelessness Services

For Homeless Service Providers

As the lead agency for the Sonoma County Continuum of Care, the Department of Health Services partners with a variety of non profit organizations, housing developers and community groups who are our boots on the ground providing services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Here we have resources for our service providers to help them comply with local, state and federal policies and support their valuable work in the community.

The Sonoma County Department of Health Services requires Homeless Services providers funded through the Sonoma County Continuum of Care to adhere to Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) regulations.
