Sonoma County Homeless Coalition Board 2025 Extended Elections
The Sonoma County Homeless Coalition Board is the decision-making body of the Sonoma County Continuum of Care. The Sonoma County Homeless Coalition addresses the problems of housing and homelessness by having a countywide, community-informed, and person-centered CoC system that is compassionate, inclusive, financially responsible, equitable, coordinated, and outcomes based.

Sonoma County’s Continuum of Care seeks public input on draft Homelessness Strategic Plan
Sonoma County’s Continuum of Care Board and its Strategic Planning Committee invites the public to provide input on a draft 2022 Homeless Strategic Plan and to learn more about the plan during a series of upcoming meetings. The Continuum of Care is a federally directed homelessness coordination system that works to ensure a regional homelessness system of care is coordinated and effective.
HomeFirst to operate the Sonoma County Continuum of Care’s Coordinated Entry System
The Coordinated Entry System in Sonoma County has changed operators from Catholic Charities of Santa Rosa to HomeFirst, a nonprofit agency based in Santa Clara County. The change in operators was approved by the local Continuum of Care Board and took effect on April 1.
