Avelo Airlines Adds New Nonstop Service to Palm Springs from the North Bay Area

Avelo Airlines announced today new nonstop service to Palm Springs, California from the North Bay Area’s Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS). Avelo will fly this route twice weekly on Fridays and Mondays beginning on November 11.

One year after launching the exclusive seasonal route, Charles M. Schulz - Sonoma County Airport today announced that Avelo Airlines is once again offering nonstop service to Palm Springs International Airport. Special first-anniversary one-way fares between STS and PSP are starting at $74.

Charles M. Schulz — Sonoma County Airport celebrates completion of $40 million modernized air terminal

County, state and federal representatives joined officials from the Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport today to celebrate the completion of the final phase of the $40 million air terminal modernization project. The final segment features a renovated front entrance of the terminal, which has been transformed by glass paneling. Bronze statues of Charlie Brown and Linus have also returned to the front of the terminal to welcome travelers.

SMART launches on demand microtransit shuttle connecting the train to the Sonoma County Airport (STS)

The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART) is pleased to announce the launch of the SMART Connect microtransit shuttle providing a first and last-mile connection between the SMART Airport Station and the Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS), and the surrounding business corridor.
