NOTICE OF MEETING

In accordance with Government Code Section 54953, the October 17, 2022 meeting will be held virtually.

MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC MAY NOT ATTEND THIS MEETING IN PERSON

This meeting of the Operating Committee (the “Operating Committee”) of the Commission (the “Commission”) of The California County Tobacco Securitization Agency (the “Agency”) will be conducted virtually via Teams, pursuant to the teleconferencing provisions of the Brown Act (Gov. Code Section 54953).

Public Comment may be made via email or during the live Teams meeting. To submit an emailed public comment to the Agency, email rileyd@stancounty.com. Please provide your name, the meeting and agenda item number(s) on which you wish to speak, and your comment. These comments will be emailed to all Commission members. Public comment during the meeting can be made live by joining the Teams meeting using the above provided information. Available time for comments will be determined by the Commission President based on agenda scheduling demands and total number of speakers.
