Classes Targeted to Supervisors and Managers
We want to attract more current supervisors and managers toour classes by offering classes designed specifically for them. You can see threeof these in the electives portion of the spiral, Coaching for Performance, Feedback Essentials, and Reducing Workplace Risk. When you see aclass title with an asterisk(*) that means enrollment is limited to supervisors,managers, or lead staff that supervise others. Read full story
We have ended the Managerial Certificate Program
We made the difficult decision to discontinue the Managerial Certificate Program as we rework our manager and supervisor classes to better address this audience’s learning needs. We want to be the ‘go-to’ learning shop for all County staff. Read full story
