Dependent upon various considerations such as the job class and type of position to be filled, current economic indicators, expected candidate pool, etc. your department’s Human Resources Recruitment and Classification Analyst will work with your department to propose an effect plan which may include advertising via:
- Job Announcement (hard copy and electronic)
- Print (newspapers and other publications)
- Direct mail & email
- Job boards
- Niche website
- Color Brochure or Flier
- Job Fair
