  1. Call to Order
    Chairperson Crystal Norris called the meeting to order at 7:07 pm.
  2. Adoption of September 2017 Minutes
    Report:     Crystal Norris asks if there are any additions or corrections to the September 2017 minutes.
    Action:     A motion was made by Jeff Holden to accept minutes; motion seconded by Jake McKee.
    Passed with:     7 ayes, 0 nays, 4 absent.
    Report: Crystal Norris asks if there are any additions or corrections to the January 2017 minutes.
    Action: A motion was made by Al Ferris to accept minutes; motion seconded by Jim Lynch.
    Passed with: 6 ayes, 0 nays, 4 absent.

  4. Financial Reports for September 2017 +- December 2017
    Report: As of December 31, 2017, General Fund balance is $30240.69.
    Action: A motion was made by Al Ferris to accept financial reports for September 2017 – December 2017 as presented; motion seconded by Jeff Holden.
    Passed with: 6 ayes, 0 nays, 4 absent.

    FY 2018-2019 Budget Review
    Report: The proposed budget was presented to the Commissioners.
    Action: A motion was made by Dagny Thomas to approve the budget as presented; motion seconded by Al Ferris.
    Passed with: 7 ayes, 0 nays, 4 absent.
  5. New Business
    1. Grant Request - Funding for Porter Creek Fish & Flow Research $10768.00. Mariska Obedzinski & Gabe Rossi – Ca Sea Grant. First reading.
      Report: Mariska Obedzinski and Gabe Rossi gave a presentation about the project and answered questions from the commissioners.
      Action: Second reading will be at the February meeting.
    2. Due to the passing of Al Gerhardt, there is a commission seat open in the 5th District.
