  1. Call to Order
    Chairperson Crystal Norris called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.
  2. Adoption of January 2018 Minutes
    Report:     Crystal Norris asks if there are any additions or corrections to the January 2018 minutes.
    Action:     A motion was made by Al Ferris to accept minutes; motion seconded by Kevin Davis.
    Passed with: 6 ayes, 0 nays, 4 absent.

    Fish and Game Commission notices.
  4. Financial Reports for January 2018
    Report: As of January 31, 2018, General Fund balance is $30240.69.
    Action: A motion was made by Al Ferris to accept financial reports for January 2018 as presented; motion seconded by Brock Thomas.
    Passed with: 6 ayes, 0 nays, 4 absent.
  5. Old Business
    Grant Request - Funding for Porter Creek Fish & Flow Research $10768.00. Mariska Obedzinski, Ca Sea Grant/Porter Creek Fish & Flow. Second reading.
    Report: Mariska Obedzinski gave a brief summation about the project and answered questions from the commissioners.
    Action: David Cook made a motion to approve the grant for amended amount of $5000.00; motion was seconded by Al Ferris
    Passed with: 6 ayes, 0 nays, 4 absent.
