  1. Call to Order – Mission Statement – Roll Call – PHILLIPS

    2. Meeting called to order by Chair Phillips at 5:54PM. Roll call was taken by staff.

    Chair Phillips read the statement that was written in support to Jerry Threet and NAACP. Commissioner Finigan suggested to edit the statement. Motion was done to release the edited version to the press.
