Copies of Statements of Economic Interest (Form 700) filed with Sonoma County can be obtained by visiting the offices of the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) at 428 J Street, Suite 620, Sacramento, CA 95814 or the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at 575 Administration Dr., Santa Rosa, CA 95403.

Statements of Economic Interest for some state and local government agency officials may be available in an electronic format by visiting the FPPC’s Internet website.

The Sonoma County Clerk of the Board of Supervisors accepts and files the Statement of Economic Interest (Form 700) for:

• County Supervisor District 1        
• County Supervisor District 2        
• County Supervisor District 3        
• County Supervisor District 4        
• County Supervisor District 5
• District Attorney
• Auditor/Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector        
• County Counsel
• County Administrator
• County Clerk-Recorder-Assessor
• County Department Heads
• Planning Commissioners District 1            
• Planning Commissioners District 2
• Planning Commissioners District 3
• Planning Commissioners District 4
• Planning Commissioners District 5
• All miscellaneous boards and commissions with jurisdictions solely in Sonoma County not required to send to the FPPC

The individual departments are the filing officer for:

• 87200 filers within the department
• Designated employees
