Agenda

    1. MHB Treasurer's Report—Balance—$4500.00
    2. Recruitment and retention of MHB members—One (1) vacancy in District 3 (Zane).
    3. Approval of Minutes of 11/17/20 MHB meeting at 12/15/20 general meeting.
    4. Discuss Board Planning: Special Topic Presentation: MHSA Public Hearing on the Innovation Projects
    5. BH Director's Report/DHS-BH Budget Update/Systems Transformation
    6. Discussion on inviting BOS representative to MHB meetings twice a year. Other Reports Including CALBHB/C and Ad hoc committees: PAM and Mental Health Services/Needs at Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility PAM matrix
    7. Discuss MHB acknowledging SCBH staff
    8. 2020 Data Notebook sent out to board members 11/24/2020—the topic is the "Use of Telehealth during the 2020 Public Health Emergency". The 2020 Data Notebook will be discussed and voted on during the December 15th Board meeting. The MHB will present both the 2019 and 2020 Data Notebooks to the Board of Supervisors
    9. Confirm scheduling of the special presentations: MHSA Public Hearing on the Innovation Projects on December 15, 2020

    12. Future topics to add to agenda:
      • MHB Jail Site Summary Report, taking a vote at the December meeting to release and post on the MHB Website.
      • Dates the Mental Health Board are scheduled to present the MHB Annual Reports: January 12 the FY 18/19 Annual Report will be presented and February 2 the FY 19/20 Annual Report will be presented.
      • Future recruitment of MH Board Members. Carol West has put together a recruitment flyer for the position to send out to the Peer Centers. The flyer will be presented and voted on to be posted to the MHB website.
