Investigator will consider a number of northern sites, in the Sonoma County Airport vicinity.

- Possible shared use with other public agencies
County Center
Investigators will consider replacing buildings on the existing main campus.
Key Factors:
- 22 acres transformed can be much more efficient and useful
- Main Adult Detention Facility, Sheriff’s Office, Hall of Justice, Family Justice, new courthouse will remain in any scenario
Downtown Santa Rosa
Investigators will consider a number of possible sites in the downtown Santa Rosa area.
Key Factors:
- Possible co-location with city services
- Creek and setbacks
- Mixed-use opportunities
