1.1 Effective Dates
The following items shall constitute the wages, hours and other terms and conditions for employees in classifications as listed in Article 2 of this Memorandum of Understanding. The parties agree that all changes contained herein will become effective upon adoption of this Memorandum of Understanding by the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors, unless otherwise specified. This Memorandum shall expire and otherwise fully terminate at 11:59 P.M. on March 31, 2023.
1.2 Notice for Successor Memorandum
In the event either party desires to negotiate a successor Memorandum of Understanding, that party shall serve on the other party by October 1, 2022, its written request to commence negotiations.
