- Margaret's report:
- Downtown Station Area Historic Resource Evaluation has been completed and sent to the City of Santa Rosa. First update to historic resources since about 1986. Should be available in the Spring.

- Filled a records request this week and believed maybe it was from someone who has read the updated pamphlet.

- Update by Erika Thibault:
- The County is going to extend the lease for the current location of the Archives on Westwind Blvd for 3 years. We will continue using the facility at Westwind Blvd until we are able to identify a new long-term solution. The agreement should go to Board of Supervisors in December.
- Visited Sonoma State University’s special collection.
- Held the campaign kick-off for the Roseland Library this morning. The immediate goal is to raise $3.6 million.

- Month of October, we received 29 resources requested; 8 requests for boxes from 1 county departments and 7 unique requestors
- New History & Genealogy Librarian, Nikelle Riggs, started in October
- Upcoming Library Events:
- Virtual: Frida Kahlo and the Impact of Place – Thursday, December 8, 6:00-7:00pm – registration open now
- Question from Steven: What is the status of the public inventory of the Archives?
- Zayda: It is coming along but it is slow going.
- Clerk of the Board of Supervisors pre-1906 BOS Meeting Minutes
- Almost done with the intake process of the 69 volumes received in October
- The earliest record I saw was 1856-1858.
- Question from Steve: Will there be a press release when these do become available?
- Zayda: I will let you know when the process is finished.

- Updated pamphlet is now available on the Historical Records Commissions Publications for Sale website.
