In partnership with the CAO’s office, an electronic Agenda Management System was implemented for the preparation of legislative items and agendas for Board of Supervisors meetings.

The new system provides an automated process that greatly reduces staff time spent drafting, reviewing, approving, and publishing legislative items and agendas for Board meetings. This system also enhances public accessibility.
