Employee Relations is available to advise department management on the disciplinary process.  Contact your assigned Employee Relations Analyst for assistance.

Represented employees should contact their union representative with any questions on discipline. 

Governing Rules

The discipline process is governed by Article 10 of the Civil Services Rules or by the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for employees of special districts.
