During the Shelter in Place Order by the Sonoma County Health Officer, tort claims and lawsuits that are required to be hand-delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors will continue to be accepted by U.S. mail.
To deliver a tort claim or lawsuit in person, please deposit your documents in the Human Resources Drop Box located at 575 Administration Dr, Santa Rosa CA 95403 on the north end of the building. The Drop Box is checked daily. A tort claim or lawsuit will be deemed served on the business day before it is retrieved from the Drop Box.
