- *In person meeting location discussion; new Brown Act rules
- Recruitment and retention of MHB members – Vacancies – 2 vacancies in District 2 (Rabbitt); currently one in District 5 (Hopkins) pending Nichole LeStrange, which is in process and then there will be none and Kathy Smith will step down. Michael Reynolds will be in this District effective March 7th.
- Ethics Training – Reminder; No updates have been provided to the board secretary since emailing last month
