Sonoma County Homeless Coalition Quarterly Membership Meetings
Sonoma County Homeless Coalition Membership Meetings are held on a quarterly basis. These meetings are an opportunity to provide updates on homeless initiatives within Sonoma County, provide trainings, to offer a venue for collaboration, and for interested parties to become a member of the Sonoma County Homeless Coalition.
These meetings are open to the public, anyone who is interested in preventing and ending homelessness in our community can attend.
Sonoma County Homeless Coalition Membership Applications
The Sonoma County Homeless Coalition is now accepting applications to become a member of the Homeless Coalition. The Sonoma County Homeless Coalition addresses the problems of housing and homelessness by having a countywide, community-informed, and person-centered CoC system that is compassionate, inclusive, financially responsible, equitable, coordinated, and outcomes-based. Anyone or any entity committed to the prevention and ending of homeless is welcome in the Continuum of Care. Please see the attached membership application if you or your organization is interested in applying for General Membership or Voting Membership.
Homeless Coalition Voting Membership and 2025 Homeless Coalition Board Elections
Applications for Homeless Coalition Membership are open year-round. However, the deadline to submit 2025 applications for Voting Membership for the upcoming Homeless Coalition Board election closed November 8th, 2024.
Homeless Coalition Board Member elections will occur during a special Homeless Coalition Membership meeting on December 5th, 2024, at 1:00 PM. Meeting login information can be accessed below in the “Upcoming Events” section of this webpage.
