Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 County Fund for Housing (CFH) and Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA), and FY 2021-2022 HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP)
The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (Commission) will be accepting funding applications from eligible applicants for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 County Fund for Housing (CFH) and Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) and Fiscal Year 2021-2022 HOME – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP). These funds are available for eligible affordable housing projects, and the eligibility requirements differ based on the applicable funding source. All prospective applicants are required to attend a mandatory technical assistance workshop in order to apply. Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing: Sonoma County Housing Authority PHA Administrative Plan Update
The Sonoma County Community Development Commission, in its capacity as the governing body of the Sonoma County Housing Authority, has cancelled the public hearing related to the PHA Administrative Plan Update originally scheduled August 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. The public hearing will be rescheduled in early 2025. 2024 Point Fire Agricultural Crop Damage Assessment Form
The Sonoma County Department of Agriculture/Weights & Measures (AWM) is conducting a preliminary data capture to evaluate potential damage and/or loss sustained during the June 2024 Point Fire in Sonoma County. AWM may contact the reporting party for additional information. Data collected is for AGRICULTURAL CROP RELATED damage and/or loss only. All information is confidential. This information will be used to compile a damage assessment report for Sonoma County in order to qualify Sonoma County for possible federal assistance. Read full story
