While most services will be consolidated to a single location, satellite offices will remain throughout the county to make services accessible to all residents.

Airport 

Investigator will consider a number of northern sites, in the Sonoma County Airport vicinity.

Key Factors:

• Potential proximity to transit
• Possible shared use with other public agencies

County Center

Investigators will consider replacing buildings on the existing main campus.

Key Factors:

• 22 acres transformed can be much more efficient and useful
• Main Adult Detention Facility, Sheriff’s Office, Hall of Justice, Family Justice, new courthouse will remain in any scenario

Downtown Santa Rosa

Investigators will consider a number of possible sites in the downtown Santa Rosa area.

Key Factors:

• Possible co-location with city services
• Creek and setbacks
• Mixed-use opportunities
