Timeline

Sonoma Public Infrastructure's offices are now located at 400 Aviation Blvd, Suite 100, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.

Completed:

The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved the Project Site in January 2023. The BOS selected the Single Building Alternative as the Preferred Configuration and added a residential/mixed-use compenent to the County Government Center (CGC) before instructing staff to proceed with the CEQA review and pre-construction design work in July 2024.

In December 2024, ZGF Architects was hired in collaboration with COAR Design Group as the Architect/Engineer for the CGC.
