The workshop will be led by Dorothy Foster, MFT and co-chair of My Care My Plan: Speak Up, Sonoma County and Gary Johanson, MD, Medical Director, Memorial Hospice and Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Medical Director of Palliative Care Services.
