SEIU County Employees - Housing Assistance Committee (HAC) Loans

HAC Rehabilitation Loan

The Housing Assistance Rehabilitation Loan Program provides up to $15,000, fully amortized loan up to 7 years with 3% interest rate to eligible SEIU employees to pay for repairs to correct conditions affecting health and safety and weatherization.

HAC First Time Home Buyer Loan

The First Time Home Buyer Program provides up to $100,000, fully amortized secondary mortgage financing at below-market rates to assist eligible County employees to purchase a home.

HAC Rental Mortgage Assistance Program Loan

The Rental/Mortgage Assistance Program provides short-term, secured and unsecured, 3% interest loans to eligible County employees to pay rental security deposits, first month's rent, delinquent rental payments, delinquent mortgage payments, delinquent property taxes, or expired hazard insurance on the borrower's primary residence.
