Board Reaffirms Decision to Sell Property

On Sept. 25, 2020, the Board of Supervisors reaffirmed its decision to sell the Chanate Campus property. The Board confirmed the minimum offer requirements, the form of the offers, and described the manner of receiving offers and instructed the County and its agents to negotiate the best and final offers.

The County and its brokers will bring recommended best and final offers to the Board in open session at the upcoming Board hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 2:30 p.m. Complete details of the process and the offers can be found on the County’s Board agenda, Item No. 23.
